Executive function – often compared to the conductor’s role in an orchestra – is a challenge for anyone diagnosed with ADHD, especially students. This talk will focus on strategies to help build the skills needed to be successful in and out of the classroom. Topics will include organization, planning, time management, prioritization, task initiation, study strategies, self-advocacy, and managing emotions.
